EasyIP is an AV-over-IP system made up of PTZ cameras, Dante microphones, USB receivers and a touch screen controller, designed to move videoconferencing onto the network. This networked videoconferencing system allows you to use and seamlessly switch between four PTZ cameras in your conferencing setups. As well as conferencing, the EasyIP Mixer (one of the USB receivers) features a HDMI video output for connection to an external recording device, plus a HDMI input for overlaying a video source over your camera feed.
Due to the EasyIP systems living on the network, all of your devices are connected via CAT cabling to a network switch. This meaning that you don't need to run any USB or HDMI extension cables/systems over a long distance, saving you plenty of time and money during installation. In videoconferencing applications, multi-camera setups are difficult as you can't switch between camera feeds without unplugging devices or a camera switch. However, with EasyIP you can switch between 4 camera feeds seamlessly during your conferences, without needing to unplug anything or adding extra equipment.
A Dante I/O on the Mixer allows for connection of up to four of Vaddio's (or a third parties) Dante microphones, providing excellent audio coverage across a large meeting room or presentation space. If you're wanting to install EasyIP into a building/room with an existing audio solution, both of the receivers can integrate with the audio due to analog I/O's and a Line In/Out adapter. With the system being AV-over-IP, expanding in the future is simple. If you're wanting to add an extra camera, just connect it to your switch, wanting to add another microphone to increase audio coverage, just connect it to the switch, need another Mixer in the system for sharing camera feeds between two PC's, that's right, just connect it to the switch.
An integral part of the EasyIP Ecosystem, the EasyIP Camera is an AV-over-IP solution for video conferencing in a variety of solutions. Designed to send 1080p/60 resolution feeds to your UC soft clients, the cameras connects to a 1GB PoE+ Switch, eliminating the need for USB extensions.
There are two variants to the camera, the EasyIP10 and EasyIP20. Designed for videoconferencing in small, medium and large conference spaces, the EasyIP10 features a 10x optical zoom, 67-degree HFOV and can support up to 2 Decoders simultaneously. The EasyIP20 however, is ideally suited for lecture capture, remote learning and conferencing in large meeting rooms. With a 20x optical zoom and 70.2-degree HFOV, the EasyIP 20 can support up to 2 Mixers or Decoders simultaneously, plus a local HDMI output allows for easy image magnification.
Up to four EasyIP Cameras can be utilised in one system, allowing for multi-camera video conferencing in corporate, healthcare, government and education environments.Learn more
The EasyIP Decoder allows for seamless control and switching of cameras, and provides a USB 3.0 stream of video and audio to the conference rooms PC or BYOD. One Decoder can support up to four EasyIP cameras and provides seamless control and switching of each device.
The Decoder can support up to two Vaddio EasyMIC microphones, either its TableMIC or CeilingMIC, which are simply connected via CAT cabling, for excellent audio coverage in your meeting space.Learn more
The EasyIP Mixer revolutionises the complex classroom A/V system, replacing expensive HDMI cable runs with category cabling. Pair the Mixer with up to 4 EasyIP cameras located on the network, plus an additional HDMI input for simple content sharing via a PC. Useful picture-in-picture video streams allows you to easily switch between sources and produce professional looking content.
Simultaneous 1080p/60 USB 3.0 and HDMI outputs allow for multipurpose video distribution. Users can simultaneously record to a local PC and magnify the video through a room projector, whilst also interfacing with popular videoconferencing applications.
A 4x4 Dante I/O allows for scalable networked audio to meet the needs of any application. No complicated audio routing - it's easy to pair up to four CeilingMIC D microphones throughout a space. In addition, you can also utilise the 2-channel analog audio I/O in your existing classrooms.Learn more
